Make sure you have good connection
Please be aware that the installation process may vary depending on the Android device model or operating system version. The instructions provided in this installation guide are specific to Samsung.
1. Go to settings on your device.
Tap "Connections".
2. Tap "SIM manager".
3. Tap "Add eSIM".
Some devices refer to it as "Add Mobile Data".
4. Tap "Scan QR code".
5. Scan the QR code provided in your purchase confirmation email. You can also find it in "My eSIMs" after purchase.
6. Start using data.
Go to "SIM manager" and turn on your eSIM. Choose your eSIM for mobile data. Access "Connections" and select "Mobile Networks". Turn on "Data roaming".
To prevent roaming charges from your primary carrier when abroad, remember to deactivate it.
7. Ensure that your APN is set correctly:
Go to "SIM manager", then activate your eSIM.
Choose your eSIM for mobile data.
Go to "Connections" and access "Mobile Networks".
Turn on the "Data Roaming" switch.
Tap "Access Point Names", and then press "Add" in the upper right corner of the screen.
Input the APN provided in the Kaspersky eSIM Store app by copying it into the "Name" and "APN" fields.
Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen, select "Save", and then pick the saved APN by selecting the radio button next to it.
After installation, the eSIM may take up to 5–10 minutes to connect to the network.
